Delete your account

If you signed in, open Settings → Delete account. That starts deletion inside Toli. It is not a freeze or a deactivate. You are removed from the live product immediately and signed out.

What is removed now

Your profile, photos, bio, email, date of birth, location, logins, and push token. Open plans you host are cancelled so nobody is waiting on a ghost. Pending joins you sent are rejected.

What may stay

Anonymized rows needed for safety (reports, no-show disputes, karma history attached to a deleted_* username). We keep those up to 90 days, then they age out of operational use. We do not sell this data.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@companion.app with the subject “Delete my account” and the username or email you used. We complete these requests within 14 days and confirm when the inbox still exists.

Browse without an account

Looking around as a guest does not create an account. There is nothing to delete until you sign in.
