Child safety standards

Toli has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualisation of minors. Content or behaviour like this is removed and the accounts involved are banned.

Toli is for adults only

Everyone must be 18 or older. Sign-up asks for a date of birth, and the app and our server both refuse anyone under 18. An account we find to belong to a minor is removed.

How to report

In the app, use Report on any profile, plan or chat message. Reports go to our moderators, who can remove content and ban accounts. You can also block anyone from their profile or a chat. Outside the app, email safety@jointoli.com.

What we do

Plan titles and descriptions are checked against known abuse phrases before they are posted. Reports of child sexual abuse are handled first: we remove the content, ban the accounts, keep the records needed for an investigation, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities, including in Pakistan, as the law requires.
